I want to highlight some soup recipes that I posted before we came up with this soup challenge. This Black Bean Soup is a great recipe that can be revved up with lots of different variations. Hope you enjoy!

I just had some black bean soup at Panera yesterday. While it was good I was thinking it could be better! I will have to try this recipe out!
