I like to make pizza dough, then make small – smaller than individual sized – pizzas on the grill. Goat Cheese is popular here, or a classic red but pretty simple. Then we put cool or room-temperature stuff like arugula, spinach, salmon, even cucumbers on these discs.

I love grilled corn, grilled chicken and veggie skewers, and grilled fruit! So, I guess what I’m saying is…if I can grill it, it’s my favorite!
I have a new passion on the grill – it is corn and steak (good steak) shish-kabobs. I can’t seem to get enough of them!
Homemade lemonade.
I love peaches and cream in the summer.
