Sorry, but today I again am sending you back to a post from October for Yukon Gold Baked Potato Soup.  I was able to make this soup with Yukon Golds that we raised.

  You raised potatoes…I say it as a statement in awe rather than a question. Wow, I am impressed! I sure ama potato lover and like the idea of this soup. Even in summer, we eat alot of soup.
