Grammy’s Grape Pudding

When I quizzed my mother as to what was her favorite dish growing up, she immediately brought up Grammy’s Grape Pudding. I was not fortunate enough to have known “Grammy,” my great grandmother, so I relied on my mother’s memory for this recipe. (It didn’t take us long to locate it in the family-compiled recipe . . . → Read More: Grammy’s Grape Pudding

All we wanted was a bamboo steamer!

Last weekend we visited the China Town and Vietnamese Markets in KC. We were originally looking for some interesting cutting boards and a bamboo steamer. What we found in the traditional bamboo steamers seemed a bit pricey. But, we found these really cute ones that seemed to come in all sizes and they were cheap.
