I’m ending my OCD recipe contest rant by highlighting my biggest prize and honor—my first and only cook-off, Cooking Light’s “Ultimate Reader’s Contest,” 2009. Last week, I came across a fabulous looking salad at Sydney’s Kitchen. It was beautiful—spinach, watermelon, orange-glazed chicken, feta, oranges, fresh berries. This was Sydney’s Warm Chicken Salad.
