I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. I haven’t been following any blogs for years but when this one came to my email I had to click it. We lost our Jessie, our first dog, a couple years ago. Such a very hard thing. My heart is with you.
oh no. yes our pets are definitely part of the family. just awful when they die. we have 2 dogs buried in our backyard. we couldn’t bear the thought of just leaving them at the vet. sending kind thoughts your way.
RIP, Eliot. I lost my 19-year-old cat Hermes last Oct. and still miss him so much.

I am so sorry for your loss, Debra. Our pets are family members pure and simple and I know Eliot’s loss leaves a big hole in your heart that will be difficult to fill.
So sorry for your loss, Debra. Most of us have strong bonds with our pets and it’s never easy to lose one, the pain feels almost unbearable at times. Take care and RIP Eliot!
Oh Debra, I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet kitty. From the pictures, it’s obvious he had a very good life and I’m sure gave you the love that you gave him in return.
