Tangerine-Hatch Chile Sweet Potato Fries with Yogurt Sauce for #FreshTastyValentines

Welcome to my second post for #FreshTastyValentines, an event hosted by Culinary Adventures with Camilla.

Camilla lined up some great sponsors for this event, including Not Ketchup.   I love all of the products offered by Not Ketchup and I have previously used and highlighted their Spiced Fig sauce for a Grilled Flat Bread with Pear, Feta, and Arugula; their Blueberry White Pepper sauce for Cocktail Meatballs with Blueberry Sauce; and their Chipotle Cherry sauce for Three Pepper Burgers.

I was totally elated to have received Not Ketchup’s Tangerine-Hatch Chile sauce for #FreshTastyValentines.  (I am a fan of anything with Hatch chiles!)

Tangerine Hatch Chile Sweet Potato Fries with Cooling Yogurt Sauce

Traditional ketchup has loads of sugar and most likely high fructose corn syrup.  Not Ketchup is made from fruits in small artisinal batches.   What else do you need to know about  Tangerine Hatch Chile,  Not Ketchup‘s newest flavor?

  • NO added sugar
  • NO artificial or non-nutritive sweeteners
  • Of course, nothing artificial and no preservatives
  • Sweetened only with REAL FRUIT –tangerines, apples and dates
  • 1g sugar per serving
What does that mean for the flavor? This offering tastes really different from any of the other Not Ketchup sauces. I love the tang of this new flavor, especially with the sweet potatoes.

I cannot buy Not Ketchup locally but I am willing to seek it out, no  matter what!   Here are some helpful links to find these great products!
