Welcome to my second post for #FreshTastyValentines, an event hosted by Culinary Adventures with Camilla.
Camilla lined up some great sponsors for this event, including Not Ketchup. I love all of the products offered by Not Ketchup and I have previously used and highlighted their Spiced Fig sauce for a Grilled Flat Bread with Pear, Feta, and Arugula; their Blueberry White Pepper sauce for Cocktail Meatballs with Blueberry Sauce; and their Chipotle Cherry sauce for Three Pepper Burgers.
I was totally elated to have received Not Ketchup’s Tangerine-Hatch Chile sauce for #FreshTastyValentines. (I am a fan of anything with Hatch chiles!)
Wanna spice up your Valentine’s Day? These will do the trick.

A wonderfully healthy and delicious recipe. I gotta get some sweet potatoes to make some too. That dipping sauce sounds marvelous too.
I’ve heard of Not Ketchup! Haven’t had it — need to get some. Love roast sweet potatoes (have some leftovers in the refrigerator right now), and would love to try this recipe. Really good — thanks.
Yesss I love homemade sweet potato fries! What a great way to use the sauce.
Sweet potatoes are the best and I’ll bet the Not Ketchup was perfect on these fries.
I’ve heard of Not Ketchup too Debra. I’ve been putting off adding their products to the cupboard but, I may not be able to resist any longer. Tangerine-Hatch Chile sounds too darn hard to say no too, lol…
Thanks for the reminder, Debra and for sharing these yummy sweet potato fries!
Love sweet potato fries, sure the sauce is great with them
These sound wonderful. With a sandwich, grilled meats or as a snack, yum!
Using tangerines to sweeten the sauce definitely peaks my interest! Your sweet potato fries do to, especially with that dipping sauce! Fantastic recipe, Deb.
