Today is actually the day that I wrap up our New Mexico trip saga.

The odyssey began with us taking the scenic route for a holiday vacation. We continued this theme and actually did a lot of driving from our home-base in Santa Fe.

We hope everyone had a safe and festive New Year! I am still chronicling our recent New Mexico holiday.

 

We started our trek into New Mexico on some deserted snowy roads on the scenic route.

NM 104 between Tucumcari and Las Vegas.

We visited two brewpubs: Duel and Santa Fe Brewing.

Green Chili Hummus

After visiting New Mexico, I am so tempted to put green chilis in anything and everything.
